Who We Are
Integrity Providers is a CARF Accredited Long Term Community Support program (LTCS).
We intend to empower individuals to utilize their fullest potential in daily performance to prepare for independent living.
What We Do
Integrity Providers LLC provides mental health services including but not limited to:
- Coordination of Day programs
- NC Medicaid 1915(i) services
- Respite Residential AFL
- ALL community services
- Development of Helpful Life Skills such as:
- Job Coaching
- Social Relations
- & Time Management
Who We Serve
Integrity Providers LLC provides mental health services to the physically, and intellectually developmentally disabled community.
More specifically, we serve individuals who are seeking compassionate, progressive, and sustainable assistance towards self-sufficiency.
