Integrity Providers LLC. provides mental health services to the physically, and intellectually developmentally disabled community. Integrity Providers is a Long Term Community Support Program (LTCS). We intend to empower individuals to utilize their fullest potential in daily performance to prepare for independent living.
Services include Coordination of Day program services, Life Skills, Job Coaching, Social Relations, & Time Management.
